Our children's program is divided by age and experience level, giving each child the individual attention they deserve and our schedule allows for unlimited class attendance. Each Instructor knows that the information in the curriculum needs to be delivered in a way that makes the learning both challenging and fun. With this winning combination, our program empowers every student on every level.

In addition to physical skills, the Satori Karate and Character Development Program for Children teaches life lessons. Each child learns that:

At Satori, our initial emphasis is on providing your child with the safest environment possible. From our matted floors to the equipment that is used in training, safety is a major priority. Each staff Instructor comes to you with a minimum of fifteen years of training and undergoes private training on a weekly basis on teaching, course curriculum presentation, and other aspects of developing themselves as an Instructor. Each Instructor is a Licensed Massage Therapist, bringing an extensive knowledge of how the human body works and how to train safely, thus, reducing the risk of injury. Each staff Instructor is first aid certified and maintains this status on an annual basis. |

Satori Instructors view the opportunity to teach the children in our community as an investment in the future. Satori's martial arts curriculum is used as a means to instill universal principles and values as they pertain to character development, discipline, self respect and respect for others — along with concentration and focus, which has been proven to improve study habits and school grades. Satori Martial Arts Center has built confidence, increased discipline, and raised the standard of physical fitness in our youth since 1989.

Enjoy fun and games by having your child’s birthday party at Satori!
In addition to taking the children through a variety of games designed to challenge and entertain all in attendance, we set up and clean up the entire party, furnish you with digital photos of the birthday party, provide customized invitations and thank you notes and host a Samurai Sword birthday cake cutting ceremony.
