eight week, high energy program designed to burn calories, tone muscles, shed extra
pounds and get you into tip top shape by training you in a variety of body weight exercises
that will improve your speed and power while also teaching you valuable self-defensive
skills.

PILATES is a conditioning program, developed by Joseph Pilates that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. Pilates' work is concerned with the process itself - experiencing all movement from the inside out by focusing on the present moment instead of placing the entire emphasis upon "doing". Through continuous involvement in the process of movement, the goal is reached by a natural evolution, in contrast to a forced result.
Kickboxing Boot Camp is the perfect combination of aerobic
based exercises, designed to get the heart rate up as you burn calories and shed pounds,
supplemented with core strengthening exercies with the use of light weight resistance
exercises. This class is the perfect combination of just the right exercises to get your weekend
started off just right!
